July Events with Birds & Beasleys:
- Summer Artwalk is Friday July 14th 4-8pm: Marga Lincoln the author of “Montana Grit; Ten Unsung Heroes Who Dared to Make a Difference” will be at Birds & Beasleys signing copies of her new book.
Montana Grit examines the lives of 10 Montanans who, each in their own way, fought for justice, not only for themselves but for the good of all. These unsung heroes stood against fear and injustice, and their stories remain inspirational today. - MT WILD will also be in front of Birds & Beasleys with their educational raptors from 4-6pm on the 14th
The MT WILD Ambassador Bird Program teaches participants about raptors, a group of birds that are specialized predators with unique adaptations and are an important part of every ecosystem in Montana. The program capitalizes on trained live raptors that are housed and cared for by the MT WILD Wildlife Center adjacent to the education center. - Saturday Morning bird walks are happening till the end of August. Every Saturday 7:30am. Birds & Beasleys will know where the leader is taking the group by Thursday – 406-449-0904
